Bridging Unit - attach to single module (end extension)

A versatile addition to your 400 Series setup, the bridging unit is designed to span between two base cabinets or finish a run with the use of a support leg.

⚠️ *The Bridge Unit is not self supporting. It must fitted to one other Dura 400 Series Module. The Bridging unit and backstrap are securely fastened to this neighbouring unit.* ⚠️

Available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm widths, it creates a continuous worktop while leaving the space below open, ideal for positioning a mobile cabinet, storing a workshop stool, or creating a seated workspace.

Designed around a modular system, the 400 Series lets you build a storage solution tailored to your home garage or professional workspace. Create your ideal storage setup with this product selector to customise a single module. Multiple units can be joined together to form a seamless, continuous run and reconfigured at any time to suit your changing needs.

Choose a simple upstand or build a full-height module with back panels and upper storage. The bridging unit is quick to assemble, easy to install and desiged to either create a spanned space between two base cabinets or to extend the worktop, with the additon of the supporting leg (please see other bridge mobule builder for these option).

You can also option a rear upstand (only) or as the bridge unit on its own. Please note, the rear upstand is not compatible with mid- and upper-section options.

Integrated levelling system with adjustable feet for perfect fit.
Cupboard and closet units with doors are fitted with a magnetic door closing mechanism.

Locations defined as not being within the mainland UK include, but are not limited to: Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, and the Scottish Isles. Any orders submitted from these locations will be rejected and refunded upon processing.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an address is accessible and that the sufficient preparations are made to move palleted heavy goods from the kerbside.

Goods must be checked for damage upon delivery with Dura Ltd notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt. Dura Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery location.

In accordance with Consumer Contracts regulation, the buyer has the right to cancel an order in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods, receiving a refund in full. Unwanted items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible, with the buyer responsible for the organisation and cost of carriage to return the items.

For business-to-business transactions, returns are subject to the seller’s prior written consent and the buyer may be charged a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

The 400 Series is designed around simple installation, with all units (excluding workbenches) supplied ready for install with minimal time, effort and tools. An installation guide will be supplied upon order processing.

Base units are supplied fully assembled. Backstraps are easily bolted to the rear of the base unit. Rear panels simply slide and lock into place, while top cabinets are positioned onto bolts before being tightened and secured.

We recommend moving the units into their final position once the backstraps are installed, but before fitting the rear panels or top cabinets. For ease and safety, installation should be carried out by two people.

Please ensure that all necessary safety precautions are made when receiving and installing your Dura 400 Series furniture. Please follow HSE advice when lifting and handling heavy goods.
