Bridging Unit
A versatile addition to your 400 Series setup, the bridging unit is designed to span between two base cabinets or finish a run with the use of a support leg.
⚠️ *The Bridge Unit is not self supporting. It can only be used with a Dura 400 Series base unit. The Bridging unit can either be used to span two base units (placed between) or used to extend the worktop of a base unit (attached to the end of the unit) with the use of the additional leg support.* ⚠️
Available in 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm widths, it creates a continuous worktop while leaving the space below open, ideal for positioning a mobile cabinet, storing a workshop stool, or creating a seated workspace.

Designed to be combined with additional cabinetry from the 400 Series range of modular steel furniture.
Key Features of the 400 Series range:
- Modular system that can be added to and reconfigured over time.
- Made from anti-corrosive treated 0.9mm mild steel powder coated in anthracite grey textured paint (RAL7016T).
- All base units and under-bench cabinets are fitted with an ABS plastic work surface as standard.
- Locks for doors and drawers can have either individual key per unit or share the same key for all units.
- Wall unit doors are fitted with gas struts.
- Drawer units have soft-close, foam-lined drawers with a maximum load rating of 60kg (UDL).
- Shelves are height adjustable, and load rated up to 20kg (UDL). Wall unit shelves are set height.
- Integrated levelling system with adjustable feet for perfect fit.
- Cupboard and closet units with doors are fitted with a magnetic door closing mechanism.
- Designed for simple installation with all units supplied ready assembled.

Please Note: The standard ABS work surface is not suitable for work with oxidising, corrosive, harmful or hazardous chemicals which may stain. Please contact us to enquire about more suitable worktop options. All weight ratings are given as Uniform Distributed Load (UDL).
